We have been notified by AY Magazine that Blue Moon Gallery has been chosen in the reader’s poll as “BEST of the BEST” again in 2008. This is the second consecutive year for that honor. Randall Good’s Stations of the Cross will be exhibited at Saint Mary the Virgin Episcopal Church at Times Square in NYC until August. 30. A reception and book signing for the artist will be held on August 14 and he will present a talk in the church gallery on August 17. Congratulations once again to Randall. The exhibit is scheduled to return to Little Rock in the fall to be exhibited at Christ Episcopal Church. Details will be forthcoming. Sculptor Wayne Summerhill’s artwork, Winds From the South will remain on display near the Public Parking deck through November. The piece is included in the 2008 City Invitational Juried Sculpture Competition. Congratulations Wayne.

July 4– 5-9 PM Gallery Walk -Opening Reception - Fayetteville artist, Megan Chapman continuing exhibit titled “Evidence of the Disappearance” . Her abstract canvases in oil with mixed media overlay, are always interesting and unique. August/September - Featured artist, Tom Richard. This former ACC Delta Grand Award winner returns with an exhibit titled " Tom Richard: It's Complicated " , showcasing his mixed media artwork. Recently exhibited at the Arkansas Art Center in Little Rock and the Laredo, Texas Museum of Art. A Louisiana native, Richard is Professor of Art at University of Arkansas, Monticello.
